Our courses and 1-2-1 coaching sessions provide practical, easy, effective methods for you to gain control of your weight and be healthy. They are designed to be enjoyable, educational and empowering, giving you the tools and techniques you need to make health and weight management just what you ‘do’ on a day to day basis.
We recognise that there are physical, mental, emotional, social, cultural, and practical elements involved in successful health and weight management, and that creating a healthy weight and life is a holistic process.
That’s why we have created Weight In Mind (WIM) a unique multi stranded approach to health where you can get all that you need in one place.

The microbiome of the gut, skin, joints and even brain are important influencers of health and weight. These factors are of course influenced by what we eat, how we eat and how we assimilate foods. They are influenced by how we think, feel and live. Describing these interactions, and how we can improve the quality of the human microbiome environment is a critical element of our courses and coaching.
Nutrition is the currency of health – Nutrients and other food components influence the function of the body, investing in optimising our nutrition can buy us protection against disease. It can help us restore health, and can determine people’s response to changes in the environment. Food and personalised nutrition are central to our clinical approach.
