We will challenge your beliefs around food, and show you a completely new way of eating for your health.

Your Weekly Culinary Health Journey
Week 1 — International Inspiration
From the Nordics to Italy, discover nourishing recipes to kickstart your culinary health journey.
Get ready to:
- Know what and how to eat like a healthy human and discover the ideal food plate.
- Get comfortable cooking seafood, while enjoying the flavours of Italy in our incredible Italian Seafood Stew, with aioli and herb salad.
- Learn about key nutrients such as iodine and omega 3 and how they can positively influence your health, and especially your brain.
- Go nuts about bread with an incredible Nordic Inspired bread loaf. Great at any time of the day, this loaf is ‘gut friendly’, anti-inflammatory and truly nourishing. No more afternoon energy dips with this loaf.
Week 2 — One Pot Wonders
Midweek magic meals, it’s all about ease and enjoyment, taste and scrumptiousness. Oh and cake! Need we say more?
Get ready to:
- Love a traybake! It’s all about one pot, or one baking tray cooking this week. Perfect for when time is tight, or energy is low. Chicken is our choice of protein this week, however what you learn in this class can be applied to fish, meat, tofu, and veggies!
- Use spices in sweet as well as savoury dishes. We will go mental for muffins this week, jam packed with flavour and nutrition, you’ll honestly be surprised how good these are! The best bit? No calorie counting or carb counting – just whole incredible foods.
- Embrace olive oil as your healthy friend, we’ll also give you tips on how to spot the quality bottles on your supermarket shelves.
Week 3 — A Mezze For Your Mind
It’s all about the plants this week, and celebrating their natural flavours with a fabulous Mezze board!
Get ready to:
- Visit the middle east with a delicious plant inspired meal. This is a real confidence builder, as you’ll be combining spices, herbs, nuts and pulses in different ways for maximum flavour.
- Discover mood enhancing moments with our heavenly chocolate pots! These little pots of cacao will light up your heart and show you the way home to heaven.
Week 4 — Lunch Never Felt So Easy
Why rush, or resort to buying meal deals for lunch when in 30 mins a week you can have 2 different nourishing soups ready for action?
This week you’ll discover:
- There really is magic in simplicity! Uncomplicated, simple soups are saviours for time and magical on your health.
- Bread that loves you back! Get ready to make delicious focaccia!

This week is all about:
