What’s Included?
- 2 Hours of live group training on your chosen class
- Recipes of all meals/food discussed
- Supported reading materials where necessary
Quick Summary of the T&C’s:
- Each class lasts 2 hours and is delivered online via Zoom between 19:30 & 21:30.
- Once you have paid for your class, we will be in touch to know which one(s) you would like to attend.
- You may cancel your attendance and request a full refund up until 24 hours before the start date and time.
- You’re welcome to change your class selection at any time, however, this is dependent on whether the class has reached its full capacity. Please let us know as soon as possible.
- You will need a stable internet connection, computer/laptop/tablet or phone, private space and a personal journal to fully participate.
