We recommend you attend the full 6-week course to get the full benefit. However, you’re more than welcome to book individual classes.

Week 3 – Flours, Baking & Desserts

Week 4 – Sauces, Stocks & Flavour Makers

Week 5 – Food For Friends & Family

Week 6 – Easy Midweek Eating

What’s Included?

  • 2 Hours of live group training on your chosen class
  • Recipes of all meals/food discussed
  • Supported reading materials where necessary

Quick Summary of the T&C’s:

  • Each class lasts 2 hours and is delivered online via Zoom between 19:30 & 21:30.
  • Once you have paid for your class, we will be in touch to know which one(s) you would like to attend.
  • You may cancel your attendance and request a full refund up until 24 hours before the start date and time.
  • You’re welcome to change your class selection at any time, however, this is dependent on whether the class has reached its full capacity. Please let us know as soon as possible.
  • You will need a stable internet connection, computer/laptop/tablet or phone, private space and a personal journal to fully participate.
